Which Add-on for Which Bouquet

A teddy bear goes with a bouquet for a new mom and for Valentine's Day, chocolate and a balloon for a birthday, and wine for hosts and for an anniversary. A vase is what you add when the bouquet is going to an office, and a planter when you order a plant that is sold on its own. You write the greeting for the whole order once in the notes, and it is printed on a card.
